Moms... you know what face I'm talking about...the face your child makes when they are about to do "their business". Not exactly the face you want to see when your child is in a pool full of people. I just so happen to walk by and see "the face" on Nation. I grabbed him up and luckily only the pavement & pool bathroom had to suffer.
I was scrubbing down Nation-the bathroom-the pavement with hand soap & throwing buckets of water [using bathroom trashcan] thinking to myself "When did I become so resourceful...and calm?" I think when you're a parent you start to expect these awful situations. Wish I could have reacted as calmly tonight when my tea spilled all over the microwave.
I didn't take any photos today, but then this one happen. After the kids swam from 4-8 pm and were put to bed we met on the couch to listen to a sermon together online. He laid his head on my shoulder and this is what happen when I got up to go to the restroom. He's been working long days.
I'm thankful for him.
