I think it's safe to say I'm now under 190! I weighed in yesterday because today is my birthday and I was unwilling to get bad news today. Ha! Thankfully it was good news...down 1.4! Bringing myself to a little over 15 pounds down!
We've packed up our kitchen [we were suppose to move yesterday] so we've been eating out a lot, but I guess I've been choosing pretty decent and halfing what I knew was high in points.
I'm not sure what my birthday week holds or another week with our kitchen packed up, but hopefully I can stay the same or go down.

At my meeting last week someone shared their favorite fat free balsamic vinaigrette dressing from Trader Joes. Apparently it's only 1 point for two tablespoons, but you can double that and still keep it at only 1 point! I'm planning to try since she said it was so amazing.
