Junk Drawer
I'm an organized person, but I always have a stuffed-so-full-you-can't-open-it junk drawer. No matter where I am---home---or---on the road---it comes with me. So, as we're packing up to head home this weekend I'm separating all my receipts, papers, bills and misc papers from the last 5 months.
Came across this photo from a date night a few months ago.

I do have a junk drawer. Unfortunately! I sure wish I had a strip of those pictures in it though. So cute. I always thought those pictures were the funnest things : ) I know funnest isn't a word, but doesn't it seem like it goes perfectly with those picture strips? : )

Junk drawer? What is that? After moving for seemed like the 100th time last year we SWORE we would never have one again. Find whatever it is/was a home and we have stuck to our guns on that. Talk about will power. Then again, I feel most time that my poor lil purse tends to be the junk drawer at weeks at a time until I can't stand it anymore and then clean it out. And then the process starts all over again! :)
ReplyDeleteI love a good junk drawer. My husband doesn't understand and tries to clean up after me. I've tried to tell him that that's where all my "I'll use it one day" stuff goes but he is a use it or lose it kinda guy. Love these shots though. Very fun!

ReplyDeleteI'm the type of person who would someday love to have empty drawers and closets, nothing stored under the beds... but I will always have my kitchen junk drawer.
Oh yes - we have a junk drawer. Our girls love having one in their rooms too. Sigh...
